About the position

We are looking for a talented Team Lead to establish and lead a new team focused on backend development and SaaS solutions within a hybrid cloud environment. This is a hands-on leadership role, blending deep technical expertise with team-building and strategic thinking. You will work closely with architects to design and implement cutting-edge solutions, ensuring high performance and efficiency in both cloud and on-premises environments.

What will you do

• Build and lead a team from scratch.
• Manage the data pipeline and lead the development of a Data Fetcher component, to be deployed in either hybrid cloud or customer on-premise environments.
• Oversee remote management and deployment processes for collectors and components at customer sites.
• Ensure seamless integration with multi-cloud environments, APIs, and customer-specific systems.
• Develop solutions that meet SaaS standards while maintaining true on-premises functionality.
• Continuously monitor and optimize system performance (RPM, CPU usage) to ensure efficient use of resources without scaling infrastructure unnecessarily.
• Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.

Who are you?

• 3+ years of experience in a management role, including architectural decision-making.
• 5+ years of hands-on backend development experience.
• Proficiency in Golang or demonstrated versatility in backend technologies.
• Strong understanding of multi-cloud environments and relevant APIs (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Passion for technology and hunger to solve complex problems.
• Ability to lead by example, contributing to the codebase and architectural decisions.
