Software team leader

About the job

We are seeking for a Software team leader and application engineer

• Responsibility for software development in the company, which includes Real Time Embedded software and a PC application for internal and external use of the company.
• Responsibility for project management as the lead engineer of a new central PC application development project used by the company's customers.
• Partner in characterization and development processes of new products, signal processing algorithms and supporting systems.
• Direct management of the software team that includes several engineers.
• Reporting to the development manager.

Job requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in software engineering / computer science.
• About 5 years of experience in implementing PC applications for products that interface with dedicated hardware.
• About 3 years of experience as a software/firmware team leader or an administrative position.
• Understanding of software-hardware interfaces.
• Familiarity with UART, SPI, CANBUS, USB communication protocols - an advantage
• Experience in high-level SW programming (C++, .Net C#, etc.)
• Familiarity with MathLab and access to signal processing and algorithms - an advantage
• Familiarity with Real Time Embedded developments - an advantage
