Compliance Manager

Affilomania is growing and searching for a Compliance Manager to join our amazing Affilofamily.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and perform due diligence assessments for clients and 3rd parties, ensuring thorough evaluation in alignment with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support compliance activities, providing guidance and coordination throughout the due diligence process.
• Provide regular compliance reports and updates to the Compliance Officer and management, ensuring they are informed of global compliance operations, progress, and challenges.
• Conduct regular internal audits to assess compliance gaps, documenting findings, and making actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Oversee the implementation of global compliance methodologies and programs, maintaining thorough documentation to demonstrate program effectiveness.
• Promote a strong culture of compliance and ethics throughout the organization, engaging with employees and stakeholders to reinforce adherence to standards and best practices in all operations.
• Develop, implement, and manage policies, procedures, and controls to mitigate compliance risks and ensure adherence to industry standards and applicable laws and regulations.
• Investigate compliance-related incidents, breaches, and issues, ensuring appropriate resolution and timely reporting to the Compliance Officer. Develop, deliver, and monitor compliance training programs, ensuring all employees understand and adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or a related role, preferably within the technology B2B industry.
• A strong understanding of Know Your Business (KYB) processes is a must.
• Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations, such as Sanctions, Privacy, and Anti-Bribery and Corruption is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in law, or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Hebrew, with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects independently.
• Great analytical skills and problem-solving attitude.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
