• Proven experience in leadership, with a track record of guiding and motivating technical teams.
• Strong background in agile methodologies, including Scrum, with practical experience in hands-on project management.
• Advanced software development skills, with particular proficiency in Python and engineering best practices.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective team leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to balance strategic guidance with hands-on technical work, contributing directly to team research and development efforts.
• Advantage - Ph.D. or strong master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Advantage -Deep knowledge in graph theory, graph partitioning, LLVM infrastructure, algebraic graph theory, and machine learning.
  
  

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of researchers, fostering creativity and innovation within a high-performance, collaborative environment.
• Take a hands-on role in research projects, working directly on cutting-edge mathematical algorithms, graph theory, clustering, and machine learning applications.
• Provide technical direction in areas critical to advancing our coprocessor’s architecture, working alongside team members to solve complex computational problems.
• Guide the team in the use of agile methodologies, including Scrum, ensuring smooth and efficient iterative development cycles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, facilitating clear communication and effective integration of ideas to achieve strategic research goals.
• Apply advanced engineering skills in Python and related programming languages to contribute directly to code quality and project outcomes.
• Conduct and supervise experiments that push the boundaries of computer science, mathematics, and HPC.
• Review and contribute to technical blogs, scientific publications, and conference presentations to reinforce our thought leadership in the field.
