Project Manager Renewable Energies - Israel

Your mission

We're currently seeking a Project Manager to join our team, overseeing and commissioning projects, and ensuring their successful execution.

The ideal candidate should possess a high level of organizational skills, a data-driven approach, and substantial experience in project management tracking.

This role requires self-management, the ability to lead without formal authority, and a broad perspective on problem-solving. In addition, a strong technical background or inclination is a significant contributor for success in this role – i.e. background in power electronics, IT, electricity, civil engineering and renewable energy – string inverters, central inverters in utility scale.

The candidate should be adaptable to changes and capable of working effectively under pressure. Assertiveness, teamwork, coaching, and leadership skills are essential.

Your Mission

As a Project Manager at Sungrow, your mission is pivotal in ensuring the seamless execution of diverse projects while aligning with our organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• On-going working routine with clients, monitoring the progress of each project.
• Resolve technical issues in coordination with product, service and other divisions.
• Ensure timely collection of payments according to milestones.
• Review contracts and execute projects accordingly.
• Manage delivery, FAT, commissioning, SAT and handover processes.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Coordinate internal resources to ensure the seamless execution of multiple projects.
• Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients and stakeholders.
• Manage project KPI and create/maintain project documentation.
• Ensure project delivery on time, within scope, budget and cost.
• Manage change orders in project scope, schedule, and costs effectively.
• On site supervision of various delivery and commissioning procedures.
• Manage project resources – engineers, contractors, equipment.
• Lead continuous improvements and the development of organizational processes.
  
  

Your profile

• Super organized with a data-driven perspective and experienced in project management tracking, in large and complex projects.
• Self-management with ability to manage independently.
• Can work in a global multi-cultural and in matrix organization environment.
• Possesses a wide perspective and strong problem-solving skills.
• Flexible and adept at working under pressure.
• Demonstrates assertiveness, teamwork, coaching, and leadership abilities.
• Proficient in PC software (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio, MS Project, Monday).
• Fluent command of written and spoken Hebrew and English at a C1 level.
• Strong technical inclination or background, preferably in renewable energy related field.
• Electrical / mechanical / electronics engineer – a significant advantage.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
