Our Global People Services and Operations team is integral to this transformation, striving to deliver a seamless and positive employee experience across the entire employee lifecycle.
As a People Services Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring local HR practices are met in the country you operate. You will deliver Tier 2 administrative work as detailed by the service catalogue, working closely with the wider People Services & Operations (PS&O) team to collaborate on cases resolving within the stipulated SLA, additionally engaging with local EUS, Workplace, and Payroll teams to ensure seamless service delivery, and support the integration of local processes into our Service Delivery Model.
What we are looking for in a candidate:
- HR Knowledge: Functional knowledge of HR employee lifecycle and local HR regulations.
- Service Delivery Experience: Experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services in previous companies.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with workflow and case management systems.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with a proactive team and manage tasks independently.
What you'll do in role:
- Ensure compliance with local HR practices, regulations, and standards in the country you operate.
- Tier 2 Service Delivery: Execute specialized, process-driven services within Tier 2, handling complex queries and providing accurate people services.
- Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with wider PS&O, local EUS, Workplace, and Payroll teams to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Standardization and Integration: Partner with the Operations Manager to standardize local processes and support their integration into the global Service Delivery Model.
- Guidance on Global Projects: Provide insights, guidance, and feedback for global projects to ensure they meet local needs and are effectively implemented.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within People Services.
- Compliance and Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring strict adherence to People policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
- Employee Lifecycle Management: Support and enhance the employee lifecycle by delivering exceptional service from onboarding to offboarding.
- Data Management: Utilize HR systems and data analytics to manage employee information, generate reports, and inform decision-making.
- Training and Development: Provide training and support to employees and managers on HR processes, policies, and self-service tools.
- Employee Relations: Address and resolve employee relations issues, escalating complex cases to appropriate stakeholders when necessary.
- Policy Implementation: Ensure the implementation and adherence to global and local HR policies and practices.
- Service Level Agreements (SLAs): Meet or exceed service level expectations by delivering timely and high-quality HR services.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a point of contact for employees and managers, providing clear and effective communication regarding HR services and processes.
- HRIS Support: Assist with HR Information System (HRIS) user acceptance testing (UAT) and service rehearsal testing (SRT) activities.
