• :Managing a process-driven and computerized production system
• .Collaborating with data collection units and clients to deliver processed materials
• .Overseeing a team of 70 employees
• .Maintaining relationships with subcontractors in Israel and abroad
• .Improving and streamlining computerized work processes and production line efficiency
• .Implementing software solutions and leveraging technologies to enhance output quality
• .Full responsibility for an annual work plan

.Required Experience

• :At least 5 years of experience as a production manager in similar fields
• .Industrial and Management Engineer/Practical Engineer
• .Experience working with Priority software
• .ERP system implementation experience
• .Strong understanding of production processes and technology
