Senior Product Manager - AI-Powered Smart Testing

About the Role

We are seeking a highly passionate and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead our AI-powered Smart Testing solutions for enterprise customers, with a strong focus on Salesforce. You will be responsible for defining and executing the product vision, from ideation through market validation and launch. Your expertise in the Salesforce ecosystem, combined with experience in testing methodologies, will ensure Panaya continues to deliver cutting-edge solutions that improve quality and efficiency for enterprise applications. As a Senior Product Manager, you will own both inbound and outbound product-related activities, collaborating with cross-functional teams (R&D, UX/UI, Marketing, Sales) and engaging closely with customers and partners to drive innovation

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the product vision and strategy for AI and GenAI-based Smart Testing products within the Salesforce ecosystem
• Conduct ongoing market research to identify opportunities and define product roadmaps aligned with business objectives in testing and quality assurance.
• Lead the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, focusing on advanced testing methodologies and tools within Salesforce environments.
• Collaborate with internal teams (R&D, UX/UI, field teams) and external stakeholders (customers, partners) to ensure the successful delivery of solutions.
• Prioritize product features based on customer needs and business goals, specifically in Salesforce testing environments.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communications across departments (Sales, Marketing) and with external partners.
• Define KPIs and metrics to measure product success and drive continuous improvement in testing efficiency and effectiveness.
• Analyze product performance and customer feedback to identify areas for optimization and future innovation.
• Provide training and guidance to both internal teams and external audiences on AI-powered testing methodologies.
• Represent Panaya at webinars, conferences, and other events, positioning Smart Testing as a market leader in the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives to advance testing capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field — a must; MBA or advanced degree — an advantage.
• 3+ years of experience as a Senior Product Manager — a must.
• Expertise in the Salesforce ecosystem and products — a must.
• Proven experience with AI/GenAI-based products, particularly in testing or quality assurance — a strong advantage.
• Technical knowledge of testing methodologies and tools — a strong advantage.
• Solid understanding of SaaS software and architecture — an advantage.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to drive initiatives from conception through completion.
• Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Open, transparent, and collaborative team player.
• Creative thinker with a proactive, positive, can-do approach

• Extensive experience in quality assurance or testing roles within the Salesforce ecosystem.

• Knowledge of advanced testing techniques such as automated, performance, and testing in Salesforce environments.
