Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Support Representative at B-Smart Communication Solution (2012) LTD in Haifa. The Technical Support Representative will be responsible for providing customer and technical support, ensuring customer satisfaction, troubleshooting technical issues, and utilizing analytical skills to resolve problems effectively.
