Assistant Controller for Early-Stage Funds (Maternity Leave Replacement)

The Role

Be the lead financial professional for aMoon’s Early-Stage investment funds. Work closely with the fund’s Partners and the investment team.

Manage day to day financial activities, including management of the cash flow, valuation of investments, financial due diligence of new investments, providing financial assistance to the funds’ Portfolio companies and detailed management and tracking of portfolio companies' financings.

Responsibility for the quarterly and annual reporting for all early-stage funds’ entities and reporting to the Limited Partners.

Leading the annual audit process with external auditors. Preparation of annual tax returns and other statutory reporting requirements.

Requirements

• CPA with a Big 4 firm experience or equivalent – a must

• Fund or Partnership Accounting experience preferred

• Strong knowledge and experience in US-GAAP

• Excellent English- writing and verbal skills

• Accurate, details oriented, with high levels of analytical and professional skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize workload

• Strong interpersonal and communications skills
