A Marcom Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Providing Support to Two Divisions and the Group as a Whole

Content Creation & Management:

Creating marketing content across all media platforms and marketing materials, including brochures, product sheets, presentations, videos, and reports.

Adapting content for diverse audiences (customers, partners, investors) while maintaining a professional tone and brand consistency.

Ensuring messaging and information management complies with regulatory requirements and limitations in the defense sector.

• Digital Media Management
• Overseeing the company’s social media presence, including content creation, campaign management, and monitoring social media activities to enhance brand engagement.
• Maintaining the company’s website and updating it with marketing innovations, including content writing and site promotion.
• Marketing Department Support
• Managing CRM systems and optimizing customer databases to improve marketing communication with current and potential clients.
• Preparing quotes, tenders, sales presentations, product documents, newsletters, and catalogs. Working closely with sales and product teams to tailor marketing tools to customers' technical needs and unique characteristics.

Event Planning & Coordination:

Responsible for planning and executing exhibitions, professional events, and conferences (both international and local), including booth design, creation of marketing materials, and supporting sales and development teams.

Managing logistical activities for international events, preparing display materials, and coordinating with external suppliers such as production, design, and logistics companies.

• Marcom Budget Management and Vendor Relations
• Managing the Marcom budget, planning expenses, and monitoring ongoing costs to meet annual budget goals.
• Working with external suppliers (e.g., creative, media, and production companies) and managing resources to achieve optimal results in line with the marketing strategy.
• Measurement and Control
• Measuring the effectiveness of Marcom activities using analytical tools, analysing performance, and preparing periodic reports for management.
• Identifying opportunities for improvement and enhancing the effectiveness of communication and marketing media activities.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and Marketing teams, to align communication strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Master’s degree or MBA is a plus).
• Proven experience of 5+ years in similar roles in Marcom or marketing communications management, with a preference for experience in technology or defense industries.
• Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High-level proficiency in English.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Experience in editing professional and promotional materials.
• Experience in budget management, meeting deadlines, and the ability to plan and execute international projects.
• Ability to work across multiple interfaces with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Technical background and understanding – an advantage.
