Junior Billing Representative

Air Doctor offers travelers the best possible services if they fall ill abroad through quick and convenient access to high-quality medical care from anywhere in the world, all through an easy-to-use app. The Air Doctor app connects travelers to a global network of over 20,000 professional medical doctors across 75 countries. This means travelers can get treated by a doctor who speaks their language, whilst avoiding expensive visits to hospitals or medical clinics.

Job Summary:

The Billing Representative at Air Doctor works with medical providers to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices and customer accounts. This role involves managing billing inquiries and collaborating with other departments to resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect invoices from medical providers.
• Verify billing data and update customer accounts.
• Address and resolve billing inquiries.
• Generate billing reports.
• Assist with process improvements.

Qualifications:

• Native or bilingual proficiency in English, both verbal and written – Must.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with billing work – an advantage.
• Attention to details combined with the ability to efficiently locate and organize data.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently.
• Additional languages - an advantage.
