Financial Analyst

Job description

In your role as a Junior Financial Analyst, you will extract information from financial statements and regular reports of public and private industrial companies in the EMEA and North American markets. For this, you'll use a client-provided interface that provides end-users with real-time market data with exceptional accuracy.

If we break this role down into tasks, this is what you'll be doing:

1-Data Extraction and Analysis:

• Extract and analyze data for various types of bonds, including structured notes (STNs) and corporate bonds (CORPS).
• Ensure all bond data is accurately available in the system.
• Update interest rates for Floating Rate Bonds using provided metrics or calculations based on final documentation.
• Update Covered Bond pools and maintain the database of regular reports using a client-developed system.

2-Legal Documentation and Compliance:

• Procure and review legal documentation for specified corporate bonds as identified by the client.
• Understand and apply laws applicable to bonds, including conditions and complex coupon calculations.
• Use system formulas to update coupon rates.

3-Market Updates and Database Maintenance:

• Set up newly issued Corporate Bonds and Structured Note

Experience and skills you possess:

• Academic background in finance.
• Business fluency in Hebrew and English.
• Having a good understanding of Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, MS Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
