We are seeking a creative Product Designer, who is passionate about UX, design, product and technology.

As User Experience Design, you will be responsible for-

• Taking ownership of the product design process - research, ideation, prototyping, testing, and final hand-off to engineering.
• Collaborating with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions.
• Leading and maintaining our design system efforts. being an advocate for the design system throughout the company.
• Conducting and performing analysis & user research, to solve customer pain points and drive business outcomes.
• Identifying and prioritizing opportunities that continually elevate the product experience.
• Contributing to the group's shared knowledge of user-centered design and research methodologies.
• Advocating for the user, ensuring that user needs and feedback are at the forefront of the design.
  
  

Do What You Love

To be successful in this role you will-

• 3+ years of experience designing complex, data-driven products for B2B SaaS companies with a proven track record.
• Have a portfolio that demonstrates your design skills, process, and impact on business objectives.
• Experience in building and leading design systems
• Have excellent communication skills - ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders
• Experience and familiarity with a broad range of research methodologies (usability studies, interviews, surveys, card sorting, etc.)
• Have the ability to participate in high-level strategy and vision discussions
• Be up-to-date with the latest UI trends, UX patterns, techniques, and technologies
