Junior Projects Manager

Preference is given to graduates who recently completed their studies (max two years ago),

or students in their senior year.

Please note that this is an entry level position.

On-the-job training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

Analyze incoming sales contracts to extract relevant information about short or long term projects.

Analyze project allocations of human resources and equipment, then create and set accordingly the projects

schedule using Gantt Charts.

Perform contract profitability analysis.

Join scheduled meetings with the clients.

Monitor project progress and present status reports at meetings.

Identify problematic issues during the project and provide real-time creative solutions.

Develop processes and work methods to improve project management efficiency in the company.

Maintain communication with the service team, technical teams, and account managers.

Monitor reports on customers service contracts (hourly or yearly) and update the customers on service usage.

Follow up on customers' purchase orders.

Requirements:

An Entry Level Position - No Experience Needed

• Bachelor's degree/final year students in Industrial Engineering / Information Systems - A must
• knowledge and understanding project management methods
• An ability to analyze data and strategic thinking
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Experience with CRM/ERP systems - An advantage
• Experience with Mic Office
• An ability to motivate people and work in a technological and dynamic environment
• High level of English.
