HVAC and Plumbing Systems Planner/Drafter

We are seeking our next drafter for an interesting, challenging position in a pleasant and enjoyable work environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Design plumbing systems, including plumbing systems for residential buildings, commercial properties, public buildings, etc.
• Ongoing collaboration with the company’s clients, project managers, and installation teams.
• Office work using AutoCAD and Office software.

Requirements:

• Experience in drafting – required.
• Full proficiency in computer applications – required.
• Technician or Engineer in Mechanical/Building/Architecture – an advantage.
• Experience in the plumbing field – an advantage.
• Experience and proficiency in AutoCAD/Sketchup software – required.
• Experience providing client services and strong verbal communication skills – an advantage.
• Systematic thinking, initiative, quick learning ability, organizational skills, time management, ability to work under multiple tasks, self-learning, and excellent interpersonal skills.
