Financial Coordinator

NewPhotonics is disrupting data center processing with novel photonic engines solving the power and performance challenges. We are well-funded and fast growing start-up company. To support our growing needs we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Coordinator (reports to our CFO).

Accounting & Bookkeeping (60%):

• Collaborating with the CFO on financial tasks: invoices, ERP management, budget control, payment processing, and reporting.

Administrative Support (20%):

• Handling international travel reporting, Innovation Authority reporting, attendance tracking, and similar functions.

Ad Hoc Projects (20%):

• Participating in varied projects tailored to candidate expertise.

Flexibility:

• Tasks may evolve based on qualifications and fast-growing company needs.
• Emphasis on hands-on involvement and multitasking.

Must have:

• Experience: 3+ years in a similar role within hi-tech, start-ups, or global companies.
• Skillset: Solid knowledge of accounting/bookkeeping/finance.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced Excel skills; ERP experience (Advanced Priority user -significant advantage), Google docs.
• Education: Relevant academic degree.
• Language: Fluency in English.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with reporting to the Innovation Authority (Madan).
• FP&A skills, business planning skills
• Familiarity with ESOPs
