Job Description 

As a Graphic Designer at Awz Ventures, you will support the General Partner, Marketing & Communications, Investment and Business Development teams with the design, layout, and production of creative assets for a variety of mediums and channels, including brochures, presentations, investor reports, logos, letterhead, and other print & digital content. The successful candidate will have exceptional attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and enjoy taking on a diverse range of projects and tasks at once. 

Responsibilities: 

• Use graphic design software to design and produce all graphic assets for digital channels (website, email, advertisements), social media (LinkedIn), sales and marketing collateral (flyers, brochures), and corporate communications (presentations, memos, annual reports) 
• Collaborate with business development and investment teams to develop design concepts for Awz and its portfolio companies 
• Produce drafts for review and make revisions based on feedback from marketing, sales, and executive teams, and review final productions for errors to ensure that all visuals adhere to Awz standards and specifications 
• Additional tasks or duties as required 

 Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design/marketing 
• 5 years of proven work experience in graphic design, marketing, business, or a related field— with an applicable portfolio of design work 
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) required 
• Website design and maintenance (Webflow) 
• Experience designing for various mediums (i.e., print and digital) and channels (i.e., social media, web, print, etc.) 
• Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse workload, including multiple projects and timelines at once 
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly, and take direction from others 
• Superior attention to detail and excellent English verbal and written communication skills 
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks while working within strict timelines 
• Excellent analytical, problem recognition, and creative problem-solving skills with a proven ability to take initiative and embrace challenges 
• Photography skills an asset
