Senior Oracle Fusion Finance Consultant

About the Role:

As an Oracle Fusion Financials expert, you'll implement and optimize key modules including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management, collaborating globally to design efficient, compliant financial solutions that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Oracle Fusion Financials modules.
• Gather, map, and document business requirements to Oracle Financials processes, ensuring they meet both operational and our global compliance standards.
• Lead functional testing, validation, and deployment of custom financial solutions, ensuring end-to-end delivery.
• Provide post-production support for troubleshooting, issue resolution, and ongoing enhancements of financial processes.
• Conduct Super User training and develop training materials to support smooth adoption and integration of Oracle Fusion Financials.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Oracle ERP implementation, with a specific focus on financial modules.
• Hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials with strong knowledge in General Ledger, AP, AR, and Fixed Assets.
• Proven ability to analyze business processes, write SQL queries, and conduct data mapping.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work globally and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
