Influencer Partnership Coordinator

We’re looking for a motivated and organized Influencer Partnership Coordinator to join our growing team at Edikted! In this role, you’ll be key to driving brand awareness and growth through influencer partnerships, particularly on TikTok. You’ll be responsible for identifying, connecting with, and strengthening relationships with influencers who align with our brand identity across all social channels.

The position requires managing the entire influencer partnership process— from outreach and contract creation to tracking posts and analyzing results. You’ll need to be highly organized, results-driven, and have a strong understanding of social media, Gen-Z culture, and the latest trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and strengthen relationships with current influencers.
• Identify, recruit, and build relationships with new influencers that align with our brand.
• Collaborate with creators, influencers, managers, and agents to ensure smooth partnerships.
• Create influencer marketing materials, including contracts and briefs.
• Measure and report on the performance of influencer campaigns.
• Stay on top of current trends across social media platforms, especially TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, and Facebook.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, and Facebook (bonus if you're familiar with other platforms).
• Confident in using Excel for tracking and reporting.
• Native English speaker (or fluent).
• Responsible, self-sufficient, and highly organized with strong project management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work well within a team and present ideas clearly.
