Bookkeeper / Finance Assistant

In this role, as the right hand and assistant to VP finance you will be part of the Finance

and Accounting team. The role requires a very detail-oriented person, responsible and

accountable of the financial duties, outstanding attention to detail with excellent

organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Record daily financial transactions.
• Prepare and manage payment cycles for local and global vendors.
• Monitor bank account balances and perform bank reconciliations.
• Process travel reports and personal expense reimbursements.
• Assist with end-of-month (EOM) closing tasks.
• Perform other bookkeeping and accounting-related duties as required.
• Operate in a multi-currency financial environment.

Requirements:

• Certified Bookkeeper (mandatory).
• 2–4 years of bookkeeping experience (experience in a global company is an advantage).
• Proficiency in advanced English (spoken and written) is required.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (experience with Google Spreadsheets is an advantage).
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Knowledge of SAP Business One and/or QuickBooks (advantageous).
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong prioritization skills and the ability to manage workload effectively.
• Collaborative and able to work well as part of a team.
