ERP Department Manager

• Responsibilities:Lead and manage the ERP Department.
• Oversee and lead the project for the replacement of the ERP system, a project with high technological and organizational complexity.
• Lead multiple project teams in the technological domain during the implementation stages, process optimization, and system integration.
• Monitor and manage the project budget and the department’s annual budget.
• Assist in preparing tenders and managing agreements with suppliers.
• Ensure ongoing maintenance and support for both the existing and new ERP systems.
• Provide internal service to system users for both the current and new ERP systems.
• Perform additional tasks as directed by the direct supervisor, the Head of the Information Systems Department.

Requirements:

• Academic degree – mandatory. A degree in computer science, information systems, or industrial engineering and management is an advantage.
• At least 8 years of experience in managing, developing, implementing, and integrating large information systems – mandatory. Similar experience in ERP system implementation is a significant advantage.
• At least 10 years of experience in the information systems field, including project management, systems analysis, etc. – mandatory.
• Experience leading and managing implementation teams, development teams, and technological infrastructure teams – mandatory.
• Ability to analyze and implement complex systems, cross-organizational business processes, and system interfaces.
• High proficiency in English – mandatory.
