Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Mentor, guide, and manage a team of backend developers, and QA engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Technical Ownership: Drive the design, implementation, and optimization of AI backend services, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical excellence.
• AI Innovation: Incorporate AI, LLMs, RAG, and automation technologies into backend solutions to enhance system capabilities.
• Lifecycle Involvement: Participate in all stages of the software engineering lifecycle — research, prototyping, development, and deployment.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including frontend developers, DevOps, and product managers, to deliver seamless solutions.

Basic Qualifications

• 7–8 years of backend development experience, including 2+ years as a team lead.
• Hands-on experience with AI technologies, LLMs, RAG, and automation systems.
• Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, and relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MSSQL).
• Solid understanding of web technologies: RESTful APIs, JSON, JWT.
• Familiarity with tools like GitHub, Postman, Kibana, and Jira.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a drive for technical excellence.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AWS Lambda, gRPC, GraphAPI, Kafka, Python, and AWS SQS.
• Knowledge of microservice architecture and object-oriented design patterns.
• Startup mentality with the ability to iterate quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
• Commitment to quality through best practices, including unit testing, code reviews, and automation.
