Content Designer

Cyberbit Range deploys real-world attacks using reverse-engineered malware onto a virtual corporate network, allowing users to defend against live attacks using commercial-grade security tools to effectively train cyber professionals in industry-standard detection, response, and attack mitigation techniques.

We are looking for a content designer who will be part of a growing team, in one of the most interesting products in the cyber area, which focused on technology and education. Cyberbit Range is a leading market cyber simulation platform, allows cyber defenders to train on the most common cyber-attacks.

In this role, you will focus on creating clear, engaging, and educational content that meets user needs and aligns with our product goals. You will collaborate closely with product team members, UI and UX designers, R&D, PS, and Support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement instructional materials, including e-learning modules, interactive content, and other educational resources using Articulate Storyline 360.
• Apply learning methodologies and pedagogical best practices to the development of instructional materials.
• Utilize Storyline features at a high level, to create dynamic and interactive learning experiences.
• Develop interactive learning unis for the cyber field (an advantage).
• Innovate and create engaging instructional learning games, including stories, simulations, scenarios, case studies, decision-making exercises, and analogies.
• Develop quizzes and assessments to evaluate learner progress and the effectiveness of the instructional content.
• Apply gamification elements to enhance learner engagement and retention.
• Break down complex content into clear, understandable, and engaging learning materials.
• Ensure clarity of content, visual accessibility, and effective interactivity in all instructional materials.
• Create and utilize infographics and flowcharts to simplify and visualize information.
• Utilize design tools (e.g., Adobe, Figma) to enhance the visual and interactive elements of learning content.
• Integrate UX/UI principles into the design of learning experiences to ensure user-friendly and effective content.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content developers, graphic designers, and project managers, to ensure the successful delivery of learning solutions.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in instructional design, educational technology, and cyber training.
  
  

• 4 years of experience
• Proficiency in Articulate Storyline 360, with expertise in using triggers, variables, animations, and other advanced features.
• Experience in developing learning games and the ability to turn theoretical material into educational games.
• Knowledge of quizzes, assessments, and methods to ensure interactivity and engagement in learning materials.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven experience in instructional design, particularly in a high-tech or cyber-related environment.
• Strong skills in organizing content, focusing on key points, and effective treatment.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into engaging and accessible learning materials.
• Familiarity with learning methodologies and instructional strategies.
• Knowledge and application of UX/UI design principles in instructional design.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good knowledge of design tools such as Figma, and other e-learning authoring tools is preferred (Adobe Creative Suite – an advantage).
• Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
