Senior Product Manager

We are a fast-growing fintech company revolutionizing the way businesses interact with their finances. We are also dedicated to delivering innovative and user-friendly technological solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. As we expand, we are looking for a Senior Product Manager to guide the development of our technological products and lead a talented team of product managers.

Role Overview:

As a Senior Product Manager at Guideline, you will be responsible for driving the product strategy, development, and delivery of key technological products that have a direct impact on our customers' experiences. You will lead a team of product managers and collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, sales, marketing, and business

We are currently revamping our R&D team, rebranding our company, and moving all our products to the next level, using state-of-the-art technologies. This role is ideal for a results-oriented and visionary product leader with a strong understanding of technological products, user experience, costumer needs and product strategy for our technological products, ensuring alignment with company goals and market needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Vision:

• Define clear product vision and roadmap, prioritizing key features and improvements to enhance customer experience and drive business impact.
• Analyze market trends, competitor products, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and product innovations in the fintech space.
• Lead and oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of both new product development and existing product maintenance, ensuring the ongoing success and optimization of current offerings while innovating for the future.
• Manage product roadmaps, balancing efforts between delivering new features and functionality for existing products, as well as launching new products from ideation to execution.
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure that both new and existing products are developed and maintained with a focus on high quality, scalability, and performance.
• Drive the development of transformative technological changes to enhance existing products, ensuring that products remain competitive, cutting-edge, and meet customer needs.
• Conduct user research and data analysis to understand customer needs, pain points, and opportunities for product improvement.
• Define and track key product metrics (e.g., adoption, revenue, retention) to assess product performance and guide product enhancements.
  
  

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers, helping them grow in their roles while ensuring high performance and collaboration.
  
  

• Work closely with stakeholders, including R&D, marketing, sales, and compliance teams to ensure successful product launches.
• Act as a key liaison between engineering and business teams, translating customer needs into actionable product requirements.
  
  

• 7+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in developing and managing technological products, expertise in agile methodologies and product management tools.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools to make informed product decisions.

• Knowledge of emerging trends in fintech or AI-powered finance solutions- advantage!
