We are a small yet well-established IT company at the forefront of providing cutting-edge IT services to startup companies. Currently, we are actively seeking a dynamic and talented Junior Systems Administrator to join our dedicated team.

As a Junior Systems Administrator, you will play a crucial role as the first line of support for all helpdesk requests. You'll be an integral part of a team that supports our clients' remote offices and employees worldwide, both onsite and offsite. Our clients rely on us for a spectrum of IT services, ranging from applications and infrastructure to managing state-of-the-art compute and storage systems in the datacenter.

Given the diverse technologies we support for our customers, we are seeking a rockstar Junior Systems Administrator with the ability to efficiently manage and prioritize multiple tickets and projects. • 5+ years as a Windows System Administrator and Troubleshooter.

• 4+ years of experience with:
• Windows and Mac OS X End-User Administration.
• Office365/Google Workspace Administration.
• PowerShell Scripting and Automation.
• Cloud Management: Azure, Microsoft Entra, Intune, JumpCloud, Okta.
• Networking and Security: Wi-Fi, network equipment, firewalls, EDR, Antivirus, and general security best practices.
• Virtualization: VMware, KVM.

• 2+ years of experience with:
• Fortigate Administration.
• Active Directory/Microsoft Entra.
• Networking Equipment Setup and Configuration.
• Zabbix Monitoring System Maintenance.
• VMware Administration.

• 1+ year of experience with:
• Linux Administration and Support.

• Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware systems.
• Manage servers and a server lab environment.
• Oversee user accounts, access permissions, and workstations.
• Provide day-to-day support and solutions through the Helpdesk.
• Troubleshoot system and network issues, identifying and resolving outages.
• Ensure system security through robust access controls, regular backups, and firewalls.
• Upgrade systems with the latest releases and technologies.
• Develop and deliver training to staff on new technologies.
• Provide Tier 1 Linux support as needed.

• Strong resourcefulness and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills with a service-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in both spoken and technical English.
