Economist / Controller Required for the Control Department, in the Field of Real Estate Development and Income-Producing Assets

Job Description: The role includes performing budgetary control throughout all stages of project initiation and the management of income-producing assets. It involves working with appraisers and banks, preparing multi-year forecasts, and providing economic support in other areas of the organization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Economics or Industrial Engineering and Management - required.
• Appraiser certification - a significant advantage.
• Previous experience as an economist in a business company, preferably in real estate - required.
• Experience in budgetary control - an advantage.
• Full proficiency in Office software - required (with emphasis on Excel).
• Ability to work in a team, attention to detail, initiative, responsibility, independence, and multitasking skills.
