Job Description

A Learning and Development System Administrator Specialist provides technical leadership in support of CyberArk’s learning management systems. This position is responsible for the operational performance of a Learning Management Systems on daily basis: design, optimize processes, generate insightful reports, manage learning content, and ensure compliance with learning initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the LMS and other licensed learning platforms.
• Add and update learning content, courses, and training materials.
• Assign learning items based on predefined rules and organizational needs.
• Develop and streamline processes within the LMS to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
• Identify areas for system improvements and implement solutions.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with mandatory training requirements.
• Generate and analyse reports to provide insights on learning completion rates, progress, and gaps.
• Follows regular product releases to optimize the capabilities of the systems.
• Collaborate with the L&D team to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Act as the primary point of contact for LMS-related inquiries and issues.
• Provide technical support to users and troubleshoot system problems as needed.
  
  

• Currently pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Ability to work at least three days a week for at least three semesters
• Strong technical skills and ability to quickly learn new systems and platforms.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Ability to collaborate with others at all levels of the organization as well as vendors.
• Customer service skills, responsive attitude
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Familiarity with LMS platforms or learning tools (e.g., Docebo, Juno) is an advantage.
