AI Application Factory Team Lead

We’re seeking an AI Application Factory Team Leader to lead the design, development, and maintenance of an AI-driven framework that will own the product application integration factory R&D process end-to-end. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with strategic ownership of our integration processes, driving innovation through AI and machine learning while ensuring operational excellence.

As the leader of this team, you’ll be at the cutting edge of integrating AI into Blink’s product ecosystem, shaping how integrations are built, deployed, and maintained.

Your responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of an AI-driven integration framework to streamline and own the product integration R&D process.
• Manage and mentor a team of backend engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Drive the architecture and implementation of robust, scalable backend solutions to support AI-based integrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align integration strategies with product and business objectives.
• Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of the integration framework, focusing on performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Stay hands-on with code reviews, troubleshooting, and developing critical system components.
• Explore and integrate AI-driven tools and techniques, including large language models (LLMs), into the framework to enhance automation and efficiency.
  
  

• Proven experience as a backend team lead, with a track record of delivering high-quality projects and managing engineering teams.
• Strong expertise in building and maintaining REST APIs and backend systems.
• Operational mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and solving challenges.
• Experience in building LLM-based applications or working with AI-driven systems is a significant advantage.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to align technical teams with organizational goals.
  
  

• Experience in the cybersecurity domain, including familiarity with industry standards and security best practices.
• Knowledge of modern cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices.
• Strong understanding of application security and scalable architecture design.
