We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Product Team lead to join our team oversee our product initiatives and guide a talented team in our Tel Aviv office. You will collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and designers to define, prioritize, and deliver innovative solutions that drive business value. This role bridges the gap between business needs and technical execution, ensuring successful product delivery.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the product Roadmap, execution, and success of our SaaS B2B2C platform while ensuring alignment with business goals, market trends, and customer needs.
• Data oriented mindset that tracks key results and consistently measures output to achieve goals
• Analyze product performance using KPIs, customer feedback, and usage data. Propose and prioritize enhancements based on insights.
• Navigate stakeholders and multiple initiatives
• Manage and mentor a global team of product professionals, fostering growth and collaboration.
• Partner closely with the R&D team to ensure smooth delivery of impactful product features.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to create a comprehensive and aligned product vision.
• Define and prioritize product roadmaps, backlogs, and sprints based on business objectives, outputs, and user needs.
• Oversee feature requirements, ensuring clear documentation, timely delivery, and alignment with stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively with customers to align business strategy and initiatives.
• Enhance and refine a strong product process ecosystem
  
  

• 6-8 years of proven experience as a Product Manager and at least 2-3 years as a Team Lead, ideally for an e-commerce product/company, with a preference for QSR or related industries.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and develop team members while achieving product milestones and goals with a hands on approach.
• Takes initiative and communicates effectively to remove blockers and achieve goals
• Solid understanding of scalable, SAAS complex web application/ omnichannel platforms (web, app, kiosk, chat)
• Experience collaborating with Marketing teams and Customer success on product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to assess product assumptions and make informed decisions.
• Clearly and articulately communicate and align and update stakeholders
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to lead discussions and align diverse stakeholders.
• A proactive and dynamic leadership style, with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Methodology: Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, or Kanban).
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Balsamiq).
• Communication: Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and data analysis capabilities.
