Account Manager

An international cosmetics company in Tel Aviv is seeking a talented and dynamic Account Manager to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity to represent a prestigious brand known for its high-quality makeup products and innovative approach to beauty.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with strategic international retailers.
• Act as a communication link between customers and internal teams.
• Optimize sales performance, forecast new product demand, and manage inventory and assortments in collaboration with retail planning, demand planning, and supply chain teams.
• Oversee the international marketing plan for product launches, ensuring timely delivery.
• Update and maintain comprehensive product information files.
• Manage account records, including margins and price lists.
  
  

• 2+ years of experience as an account manager or in a similar role within a B2B environment, preferably in a high-growth business.
• High proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Highly organized, goal-oriented, and motivated, with a strong interest in the cosmetics industry.
• Analytical and proactive approach to problem-solving, with creativity in addressing challenges.
• Strong ability to build and maintain collaborative internal and external relationships.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience in an international company is an advantage.
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
