Project Manager

An international cosmetics company in Tel Aviv is seeking a Project Manager to meticulously manage and oversee every stage of product development projects. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the established budget, timeline, and scope. Additionally, they will monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Manage makeup product development projects from conception to finalization, including packaging and labeling.
• Conduct analytical and strategic planning, benchmarking against market competitors.
• Collaborate with Regulatory Managers to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
• Ensure all project-related documentation and submissions meet regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with international suppliers and manage external interfaces globally.
• Oversee delivery schedules and ensure adherence to ambitious goals.
• Negotiate with company factories and suppliers.
• Develop and monitor project timelines and deliverables.
• Work closely with internal departments such as design, marketing, and supply chain to achieve organizational objectives.
  
  

• Fluency in English.
• A degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in project management within the cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or related industries.
• Proficiency in office software, including Excel, Monday.com, and SAP.
• Strong independence and multitasking abilities.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Strong business acumen in project planning and management.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
