E-Commerce Website Manager

An international cosmetics company in Tel Aviv is seeking an experienced E-Commerce Website Manager to join its marketing team. This role offers the opportunity to manage and enhance the brand’s online presence, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the brand’s Shopify websites, overseeing online activities such as sales, promotions, and launches.
• Monitor, analyze, and manage customer journeys, including newsletters, marketing automation, and the marketing calendar.
• Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to enhance website performance and regularly report on key metrics.
• Utilize advanced technological systems, including multi-conditional platforms, to streamline operations.
• Research market trends and emerging technologies to drive website improvements.
• Analyze data to create data-driven strategies aimed at improving performance and achieving KPIs.
• Collaborate with the graphic and creative team to maintain website visibility and design consistency.
  
  

• High-level proficiency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
• 1-2 years of proven experience in managing e-commerce websites, preferably in retail, beauty, or fashion.
• Expertise in working with Shopify, ERP, CRM, Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms like Yotpo, Klaviyo, Google GTM, and Google Console.
• Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize website performance.
• Advanced technological understanding with the ability to anticipate problems and offer creative solutions.
• Knowledge of graphic design software is an advantage.
