International Sales Manager

A Leading Technology Company is Looking for an International Sales Manager!

Full-time position from the offices in Herzliya.

The role includes establishing and managing all sales processes with international markets, focusing on Europe. Responsibilities include setting sales targets, defining action strategies, managing complex and long-term deals, negotiating, monitoring, and optimizing the company's commercial performance with international clients, expanding areas of activity, acquiring new clients, and retaining existing clients. The role is in its early stages with potential to grow and develop with the company!

Requirements:

• Academic degree
• At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales management roles in a technology company – mandatory
• Experience working in international markets, with an emphasis on sales to international telecom operators – mandatory
• Experience selling communication/computer equipment and products, including hardware and software integration
• Background in sales of cybersecurity and/or AI products – significant advantage
• High level of English – mandatory
• Strong commercial sense, analytical skills, ability to work in a dynamic environment and independently
• Creativity, initiative, assertiveness, charisma
• Availability for flexible working hours and occasional travel abroad
