French Speaking Customer Success Representative

As a French Speaking Customer Success Representative, your primary responsibility will be to work with account managers and Marketplace sellers to facilitate program adoption and successful program onboarding.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with account managers and additional teams within the organization to help identify potential candidates and facilitate with the proactive outreach and efficient onboarding to the program.
• Process applications according to program guidelines to ensure data accuracy and quality.
• Work with CRM and additional support tools and own full responsibility for registration life cycle.
• Manage ongoing communication with the relevant associates and Marketplace sellers providing guidance for the syndication process.
• Become the main focal point for relevant Marketplace business units and be able to collaborate with them on outreach initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for optimizing and automating program support workflows and processes.

Requirements:

• Up to 2 years of experience in a customer/ program support or operations role, preferably within the ecommerce industry.
• Knowledge and practical experience with customer support tools such as Salesforce.
• Proficiency in reporting and data visualization using tools such as Excel and Power Point.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to support meetings/ zoom calls on US time zone.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality of work.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple registrations/ workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
