Backend Developer / AI Prompt Engineer

Position Overview:

As a Backend Developer at Myshop Technologies, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining our suite of SaaS solutions and hardware offerings. You will work collaboratively with our talented team of developers, designers, and product managers to create exceptional products that meet and exceed the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Develop and maintain web applications, APIs, and backend services using Python, PHP, React and other related technologies.
• Design and fine-tune AI prompts for optimal performance in various use cases.
• Collaborate with other developers and engineers to integrate AI models into backend and frontend systems.
• Optimize and enhance existing systems for improved performance, scalability, and security.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues promptly to ensure the reliability of our products.
• Stay updated with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and coding standards to ensure the continued excellence of our software.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a backend developer, with at least 5 years of professional experience.
• Experience with Python and PHP.
• Expereince with prompting AI models including speech recognition.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.
• Experience with database systems, including MySQL and MongoDB.
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design and development.
• Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Preferred Additional Skills:

• Knowledge of AWS (Amazon Web Services) for cloud infrastructure and deployment.
• Familiarity with caching technologies and messaging protocols such as MQTT.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new AI technologies.
