Job Overview

We are looking for an AI Creative Designer to shape and refine the creative output of our AI visual interactive agents. This role is pivotal in crafting engaging, lifelike experiences for our users by generating high-quality prompts, training voice models, and designing AI-generated avatars. The ideal candidate has a strong aesthetic sense, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in using advanced AI tools to deliver polished and impactful results.

Key Responsibilities

1. Prompt Engineering

• Design and refine textual prompts to guide AI agents in generating relevant, creative, and engaging outputs across various modalities (text, image, voice).
• Collaborate with product and creative teams to align prompts with user needs and brand guidelines.

1. Voice Training and Customization

• Train and fine-tune AI voice models to create lifelike and emotionally resonant synthetic voices.
• Evaluate and optimize voice outputs to ensure clarity, naturalness, and alignment with the product's persona.

1. Avatar Creation

• Use AI image-generation tools to design avatars, ensuring high aesthetic quality and adherence to brand identity.
• Experiment with styles, moods, and formats to deliver visually compelling virtual characters.

1. Aesthetic and Content Quality

• Maintain a strong focus on the visual and auditory appeal of all outputs.
• Provide feedback on AI-generated results and suggest improvements to enhance the overall user experience.

1. Collaboration and Communication

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, customers and marketing teams.
• Communicate effectively in English at a native or near-native level, ensuring seamless teamwork and documentation.

Required Qualifications

• Language Proficiency: Native or near-native fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Aesthetic Skills: Strong sense of design and creativity, with an ability to critique and enhance visual and auditory outputs.
• Experience with AI Tools: Hands-on experience with tools such as DALL·E, Stable Diffusion, MidJourney, ChatGPT, Claude or similar tools.
• Voice AI Tools: Familiarity with voice synthesis tools (e.g., ElevenLabs, PlayHT, Murf AI)
• Prompt Engineering: Understanding of crafting effective prompts for AI systems to achieve desired results.
• Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to navigate complex technical environments and stay adaptable to evolving technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in storytelling or content creation for digital platforms.
• Knowledge of user experience design principles.
• Familiarity with generative AI platforms and techniques beyond the basics.
