An excellent opportunity to join a key role in the quality department, responsible for overseeing production and packaging processes in the plant, while maintaining high standards of quality and control.

The role includes guiding and leading various teams in the plant and making a direct contribution to the continuous improvement of critical processes.

Responsibilities:

• Ongoing monitoring of production and packaging processes, ensuring the highest quality standards.
• Training and overseeing cGMP processes in production and packaging facilities.
• Approval of critical points in the production process.
• Supporting the initiation of deviations in production and packaging. providing quality instructions.
• Conducting physical and microbial monitoring of production processes, including sampling at critical stages.
• Executing projects to improve quality processes.
• Releasing rooms for production and approving transitions.
• Periodic observations and employee training.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific field: Chemistry/Microbiology/Biotechnology/Life Sciences/Biomedical Sciences, or a certification as a Chemistry/Biotechnology Practical Engineer – required.
• Experience in quality work in biopharmaceutical companies – a significant advantage.
• Ability to work independently, with attention to detail, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment and under pressure.
