VP of Digital Strategy and Media Production

DiploAct is looking for an experienced and strategic leader to join our team as Vice President of Digital Strategy and Media Production. In this role, you will oversee the development and execution of our digital content strategy, ensuring alignment with our mission to reshape global perceptions of Israel and the Jewish people.

You will lead a team of creators, manage content across platforms, and use data-driven insights to enhance audience engagement and impact. This is a senior role requiring a balance of strategic planning, creative direction, and team leadership.

• Develop and Implement Strategy: Create a unified digital strategy across platforms, including social media, video, podcasts etc

• Drive Engagement: Oversee the production of impactful content that fosters audience growth and strengthens DiploAct’s voice in the global conversation.

• Leverage Data and Trends: Use analytics to measure performance and refine strategies while staying up-to-date with digital media trends.

• Experienced Leader: 10+ years in digital media, content production, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing creative teams.

• Strategic Thinker: Skilled in developing and executing content strategies that achieve measurable results.
• Knowledgeable Advocate: Familiarity with Israel, Jewish history, and global issues affecting perceptions, with the ability to approach these topics thoughtfully.

• Data-Driven: Proficient in using analytics to inform content strategy and optimize audience engagement.

• Technically Proficient: Understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and content distribution best practices.
