Product Manager

A fast-growing startup developing a task and project management system that successfully integrates multiple parameters into one platform. The system also enables tracking of sales processes and customer management, providing seamless control at any stage and from anywhere.

With over 1,700 employees across 6 sites globally, and approximately 1,000 employees in Israel, the company is located in Tel Aviv near the light rail, offering a hybrid work model with 2 work-from-home days per week.

Role Overview:

• Join a 100% inbound team within the company, working on internal projects.
• Lead the development of products from scratch, taking ownership of End-to-End processes.
• Responsibilities include product ideation, mapping, and feature definition, as well as identifying needs and developing plans.
• Work closely with stakeholders to build a solid product strategy and planning.

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience as a Product Manager working on SaaS products
• Proven experience in managing Inbound-focused product workflows
• Background in working with high-tech companies or startups.
• Prior experience managing AI-based products – a significant advantage.
