.NET Developer

An AI startup developing an AI-based SaaS B2B solution for the customer service industry. The platform enables clients to optimize and enhance their customer service by replacing human agents with bot-driven support. With this system, businesses can handle three times the volume of inquiries while delivering a consistent customer experience.

The company serves approximately 350 clients globally, experiencing steady growth. Founded in 2012, it operated as a bootstrap for most of its history and raised $40M in funding two years ago.

Located in central Israel, the company offers a hybrid work model with one work-from-home day. It employs 90 people, 30 of whom are in R&D. You will join a team of two developers, a QA, and a Tech Lead, reporting to the Team Lead.

Role Overview:

• Collaborates with a team of skilled engineers to build and support reliable services and applications for a global customer base.
• Actively participates in the development of strategic components and provides technical leadership for assigned projects.
• Writes new webhooks, develops fully-fledged third-party integrations, and implements complex new features.
• Engages in all stages of the engineering lifecycle, including research, concept iteration, prototyping, deployment, and successful service rollout.
• Works with a modern and diverse technology stack, including .NET Core Framework, Redis, Elastic, REST APIs, cloud serverless architectures, Python, and client-side frameworks such as TypeScript, React, CSS3, and HTML5.
• Contributes to shared codebases across the organization.
• Acts as a force multiplier by coaching and mentoring engineers across teams to deliver impactful results.

Requirements-

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering or equivalent software development experience
• 5 years' experience as a backend developer
• Experience with AI, LLMs, RAG, automation, and algorithms.
• Experience with professional web development experience in C#, ASP.NET (Core)
• Experience with web technologies such as RESTful APIs, WEB API, JSON, JWT
• Experience with relational DB technologies such as MySQL, MSSQL, PostgreSQL, or other RDBMS
• Strong technical abilities around design, coding, rapid prototyping, unit testing, debugging and quick problem-solving
• Familiar with secure software design concepts according to OWASP principles and best practices
• Experience with development tools such as: GitHub, Postman, Kibana, Jira
