Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Payroll Professional to join our team.

This pivotal role involves managing payroll-related activities with precision, professionalism, and a commitment to service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for payroll: Ensure accurate and timely calculation and processing of employee salaries while complying with local regulations and global standards.
• Employee attendance management: Collect and analyze data on working hours, shifts, on-call duties, and emergency call-outs using advanced technological tools.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with HR, Finance, and global teams to ensure efficient and transparent processes.
  
  

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Certified Payroll Accountant – mandatory.
• A minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Payroll Accountant, preferably in a global organization.
• Hands-on experience with the Hilan payroll system – mandatory.
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and professional communication).
• Experience in a global work environment – a significant advantage.
