לקבוצת GRECO, מהמובילות בתחום המזון והמסעדנות בישראל, דרוש/ה מנהל/ת מפעל מנוסה ומקצועי/ת למפעל המזון שלנו באזור השרון. זוהי הזדמנות ייחודית להצטרף לקבוצה המובילה את תחום הקולינריה היוונית בארץ, ולהוביל את המפעל להצלחות חדשות תוך שמירה על סטנדרטים גבוהים של איכות ויעילות.

תחומי אחריות:

• ניהול ופיקוח על כל תהליכי הייצור במפעל.

• ניהול עסקי מקיף מכל ההיבטים, עם דגש על מצוינות תפעולית.

• הובלת המפעל להרחבת הפעילות והגדלת המכירות.

• ייעול תהליכים תפעוליים, כולל אוטומציה ומיחשוב.

• בניית מערך כוח אדם יעיל ומדויק.

• ניהול צוות עובדים, עם דגש על מוטיבציה, חניכה והכשרה.

• שמירה על נהלי תברואה בהתאם להנחיות משרד הבריאות.

דרישות:

• ניסיון מוכח בניהול מפעל מזון – חובה.

• יכולות ניהול והובלה ברמה הגבוהה ביותר.

• ניסיון בהרחבת פעילות, בניית אסטרטגיות שיווק והגדלת מכירות.

• הבנה מעמיקה בתהליכי ייצור, מיכון ומחשוב.

• נכונות לעבודה מאומצת.

• Overseeing and managing all production processes in the factory.

• Proven experience in managing a food production facility – mandatory.

• In-depth understanding of production processes, automation, and digitization.
