Vice President of Products

We’re looking for a Vice President of Products who will play a pivotal role in the future of our company.

Reporting to the CEO & Founder, our VP of Products will be responsible for the product offering vision and execution.

You will manage other product managers and collaborate with business, marketing, and operations.

• Leading, managing, and mentoring a team of product managers
• Overseeing product strategy, road mapping, and planning
• Driving decision processing based on customer needs and data
• Managing product lifecycle from concept to launch, across all products and lines
• Leading, defining, representing, and communicating product strategy to all stakeholders
• Monitoring and assessing product development sprints and enhancement opportunities, and evaluating results
• Developing budgets, forecasts, KPIs, and metrics
• Owning the product roadmap and communicating with C-level staff
• Collaborating with product marketing managers to assess product mix and marketing strategy
• Defining pricing and competitive positioning for each product
• Driving innovative ideas, solutions, and products through leadership and decisive action
• Building incredible teams and processes to deliver products that satisfy the needs of customers

Have you done this kind of stuff?

• At least 15 years of experience as a product leader
• Experience working with executives
• Agile/cloud experience
• B2C experience is a must, fintech experience is a bonus
• Data-driven product management
• Business-oriented leadership qualities
• B.S. and an advanced degree in a technical field
