C++ Software Engineer

A startup company operating under the radar in the field of chip optimization, developing a chip simulator and a solution for chip decentralization and verification to accelerate the production stage. Their solution makes the verification process 25 times faster than their competitors (Cadence and Synopsys).

The solution acts as a compiler for chip-related domains, with a high level of logic involved.

The company is located in Tel Aviv near a train station, operates in a hybrid work model (one day from home), and consists of 10 employees.

Position Overview-

• The role is part of the R&D team, focused on developing in Rust and writing software code to optimize chip verification processes, including algorithm optimization.
• This is a low-level development position, reporting to the development manager.
• Design and implement solutions to complex optimization problems.
• Develop and enhance algorithms and software systems.
• Optimize existing code and systems for improved performance and scalability.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.

Requirements-

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5 years of professional experience in software development.
• Strong coding skills in one or more programming languages similar to C++ or Rust.
• Capable of writing high-performance code and debug effectively.
• High-level view of system architecture.
