Head of Product Management

A private company in the OTT field has developed a Cloud-based product (similar to streaming services) that connects users to various viewing services, delivering a personalized viewing experience.

The company is located in central Israel, near a train station, and operates a hybrid model with two work-from-home days per week. It employs around 2,500 people globally, including 50 in Israel, and is undergoing significant growth while maintaining a highly technological focus.

The company was recently acquired by a major British broadcasting corporation.

Position Overview:

The role is for a Head of Product, reporting to the SVP of Product. Initially, the position involves direct product management responsibilities, with a transition to managing two Product Managers after a few months.

Requirements:

• 2 years of managerial experience overseeing two Product Managers.
• Experience in B2C product management.
• Experience working in user experience (UX) or data-driven environments.
