Engineering Project Manager – Job Description
Motomea (formerly MEA Testing Systems) is a global leader in the development, manufacturing, and supply of advanced testing solutions for Electric Rotating Machines. With a reputation for innovation, expertise, and reliability, we offer a comprehensive range of Testing Systems and Dynamometers, including our flagship Regenerative Dynamometer System (RDS) and patented Inertial Dynamometer System (IDS).
Our solutions support applications in Research and Development (R&D) Labs, End-of-Line (EOL) testing, and Quality Assurance (QA) across various industries, including Automotive, Mobility, Aerospace, Wind Farms, Logistics, Rail, Maritime, Utilities, Home Appliances, Manufacturing, and Official Standards Institutes.
We are expanding our operations at our Netanya site and are seeking a talented Engineering Projects Manager to oversee complex production projects and drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including budgets, schedules, quality assurance protocols, risk assessments, and safety measures.
- Project Management: Oversee all aspects of project execution, from planning and engineering to customer delivery, testing, and operational commissioning, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between internal teams (planning, engineering, procurement, accounting) and external stakeholders (suppliers, contractors).
- Procurement and Supplier Management: Manage procurement processes, track orders, negotiate technical and commercial terms with suppliers and subcontractors, and ensure timely delivery of components.
- Cost Analysis: Monitor and analyze project costs, including labor, procurement, and other resources, to ensure financial efficiency.
- Inventory Oversight: Maintain and manage project-related inventory to support seamless execution.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
- At least 3 years of experience managing multidisciplinary engineering projects involving hardware (mechanics/electricity/electronics), software, and operations.
- Experience with electric motors is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in Hebrew and English, both written and spoken.
- Familiarity with Priority ERP systems is an advantage.

- Strong technical acumen with a deep understanding of engineering specifications, standards, and design plans.
- Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Creativity and adaptability in problem-solving.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
