Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced AI Lead to drive our AI initiatives and develop advanced predictive models for e-commerce applications. This role involves leading the design and deployment of cutting-edge algorithms for sales forecasting, trend analysis, pricing predictions, and personalized product and supplier recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end development of AI models for sales, trend, and price predictions in e-commerce.
• Build recommendation algorithms using user data to connect customers with relevant products and suppliers.
• Collaborate with data engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and alignment with business goals.
• Validate and refine AI models for accuracy and reliability through rigorous data analysis.
• Continuously enhance AI systems by incorporating feedback and adapting to evolving marketplace trends.

Qualifications:

• B.s.c in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or related fields, or equivalent industry experience.
• 2+ years of expertise in machine learning, focusing on predictive modeling and personalization in e-commerce or similar industries.
• Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and other ML frameworks.
• Experience working with large datasets and cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Proven track record of managing AI projects from ideation to production.
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
