What you will do:

- Create and maintain product roadmaps that align with company vision, market trends, and growth objectives.

- Lead and manage the strategy, execution, and delivery of hybrid-casual puzzle games, actively developing the full game lifecycle from launch to scale.

- Craft and specify innovative features and monetization strategies.

- Establish and oversee A/B testing frameworks from product features to technical optimizations.

- Monitor and analyze in-game activities and player engagement metrics.

- Lead collaboration across cross-functional teams, including R&D, Data, Game Design, Product, Tech Ops, and Marketing.

Who you are:

- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager / Product Monetization Manager

- 3+ years in mobile gaming, with a strong advantage for puzzle games experience.

- Proven analytical skills and experience with product analysis and data tools.

- Big passion for gaming and mobile games - a big plus.

- Strong English written/verbal communication skills.
