Partner Sourcing & Success Manager

We are looking for an experienced partner sourcing and success manager to join our global team.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner Sourcing and Onboarding

• Identify, source and onboard In Country Partners to serve the Papaya Global business needs including legal, commercial and practical needs
• Improve, maintain and manage the partner agreements, SLA and ways of working
• Liaise with the customer facing organization to ensure smooth onboarding of ICPs to align with business needs

Partner Success

• Ensure best practice in tracking and maintaining on-going work with EOR and Payroll Partners globally
• Improve, maintain and manage on-going work processes between Papaya and the ICPs
• Represent the partnership organization internally (towards other stake holders) and externally (towards customers and ICPs)

Preferred qualities:

• Experience in using Salesforce, especially setting up and improving existing processes
• Highly structured and data driven
• Great communication skills in writing and verbally, including commercial negotiation skills

KPI for success 90 days:

• Familiarize and own the ICP eco-system Papaya has within the
• Help conclude the key projects on-going in the Partner Success team
• Start leading the shift to a data-driven setup for sourcing and on-going, in collaboration with the head of Partner Success team
